Our goal is to ship all orders within 30 working days, after production, credit check and address verification. Shipments are insured during transit until the delivery of the package, at which point the responsibility for the purchased goods passes to you. Tracking information will be sent to you by email. If tracking information is not available, please send an email to humanotfound@gmail.com. Hnfstudio is not responsible for lost/stolen packages. To ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible, please provide us with a phone number. All orders sent that cannot be delivered will be returned to us and the customer will bear the return delivery costs. A fee will be charged if you are not present during the specified delivery window or if the driver has to wait. We cannot be held responsible for delays due to customs clearance or payment transactions. Please note that during peak sales and delivery times, deliveries may take longer.
