ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation of your details and items. The order is then confirmed once you receive an email with tracking information. We reserve the right to not accept your order if the item is out of stock, does not pass the quality control stage or if we are unable to obtain payment authorisation. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
AVAILABILITY
Although we try to ensure that all products are up to date with quantities may occur cases where errors occur. If the items you ordered are out of stock, subject to delay or have errors in details or description, we will try to contact you at the email address you provided. If we cannot contact you about our out of stock orders, we will cancel them within 48 hours and give you a full refund.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Our goal is to ship all orders within 30 working days, after production, credit check and address verification. Shipments are insured during transit until the delivery of the package, at which point the responsibility for the purchased goods passes to you. Tracking information will be sent to you by email. If tracking information is not available, please send an email to humanotfound@gmail.com. Hnfstudio is not responsible for lost/stolen packages. To ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible, please provide us with a phone number. All orders sent that cannot be delivered will be returned to us and the customer will bear the return delivery costs. A fee will be charged if you are not present during the specified delivery window or if the driver has to wait. We cannot be held responsible for delays due to customs clearance or payment transactions. Please note that during peak sales and delivery times, deliveries may take longer. From time to time, we launch free shipping promotions. To be informed by email about any promotional codes or other valid offers on our site, simply subscribe to our newsletter.
DUTIES AND TAXES
You can buy online in euros. International orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) basis. This means that any duties and taxes incurred in the country of destination are to be borne by the customer. We cannot guarantee that customs charges can be waived for a refused shipment. In this case, we will deduct the amount from the refund.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Making a return for a refund or exchange is simple: contact us at humanotfound@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order and our customer care will provide you with all the necessary instructions. Hnfstudio accepts returns made within 14 days of the order being placed. Returns received after the 14 days period will not be accepted and will be returned to you. Shipping costs are your responsibility. Returned products must be new and unworn, with all original packaging and labels still attached. We do not accept any item with any indication that it has been used. In these cases, the item will be returned to you. Please note that we are unable to accept returns of custom and bespoke products. If you wish to receive a refund, we will credit the original buyer’s credit card for the amount paid less any taxes and postage. Hnfstudio is not responsible for any item that is not returned in the manner indicated above and we cannot accept responsibility for packages until we are in possession of them. Your legal rights as a customer remain unaffected. If you want to exchange an item within 14 days of purchase, you will need to return the original item and then place a new order. You will receive a full refund for the original item, according to our return policy.
PAYMENT
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Maestro, Unionpay, Applepay, Googlepay and services such as Paypal and Klarna. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation and authorisation checks by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment, we will not be responsible for any delays or non-delivery of your order. We also reserve the right to cancel your order. LIABILITY AND COMPENSATION
The customer accepts our terms and is willing to compensate for any damages if the above situations arise. The website does not allow any misuse and condemns any act that does not hold the property responsible. The customer remains protected as long as he meets the order and return standards.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All the contents present on the Site (images, texts, trademarks, logos, design) are the exclusive property of Hnfstudio and humanotfound. Any reproduction, distribution or use without prior written permission is prohibited.
